To start a review, select **Review**. ![Review Eligibility of application window](https://support.surepact.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Review%20Eligibility%20of%20application%20window.jpg?width=670&height=394&name=Review%20Eligibility%20of%20application%20window.jpg) Follow the instructions to reach a decision, enter comments to explain the reason for the decision, and select the **Yes** or **No** decision button. ![Review Eligibility window](https://support.surepact.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Review%20Eligibility%20window.jpg?width=619&height=476&name=Review%20Eligibility%20window.jpg) Enter comments about the eligibility decision and choose either **Yes** (the Recipient is eligible for formal review) or **No** (the Recipient is ineligible to proceed to formal review) decision - the Eligibility review is then marked as complete and the application can move to the next stage.
