This may be done in order to record input from people other than Assessment Panel members. If you want to add one or more proxy reviews, be sure to do this before your final application review.    Click **+ Proxy Review**.  ![Picture](https://support.surepact.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-May-30-2025-08-31-07-9344-PM.png?width=688&height=391&name=undefined-May-30-2025-08-31-07-9344-PM.png)   Fill in the name and details of the person whose proxy review is being submitted.
