To see all assets created in the system, go to the left menu and choose Assets.

The Asset Register lists all assets, including those that were added to the system upon the closeout of a contract (Contract Lifecycle Stage 5 – Review, Step 5 – Closeout), or assets that were added manually. Each asset is listed with its number, owner, type, and life expectancy. The table can be sorted by any column, and has a search field at the top.

The Generate PDF Report (all assets) button is always available, for generating a report of all assets. When one or more assets are highlighted, the Generate Report (CSV format) and Generate PDF Report buttons can be used to generate a report on the selected assets. You can also delete selected assets.
Double-clicking an asset in the register opens it for editing.
