Deliverables and Disbursements - Reports & Projects

If a Recipient is required to submit reports or projects for their awarded funds, Funding Bodies can either instruct the Recipients to create these in SurePact's Application Portal, or they can create the reports themselves for Recipients to complete.

Reports created and submitted by Recipients will appear in the Reports list. Double-click, or select Actions (...) > View, a report item in the list to view what the Recipient has shared.

You may have an agreement in place to disburse funds to Recipients on completion of works/reports/projects - if so, view these instructions on Disbursements.

Create a report for a Recipient

If you want to define the reports for a Recipient to complete, select + Add Report.

Depending on how much or how little detail you want to add to the report, there are only three required fields. Select Save to make the report visible to the Recipient.

Once the Recipient enters details in the report and selects Save or Submit (via the Application Portal), no further changes can be made to the report by the Funding Body.

With reporting and projects submitted by Recipients, the Funding Body can disburse funds.
