To see what’s going on with a funding program, find it in the Funding Programs summary, and double-click it to open.
Note: Throughout the program lifecycle, the stages, steps, and fields to which you have access depend on your user role. Also, throughout the program lifecycle, tasks are created as needed, with emails and notifications sent each time to the relevant users.
At the top of the funding program record, you’ll see the program name and description.
Below this runs an info bar detailing Program Manager, applications approved, funds approved and spent, number of linked projects and project start and end dates.
At the top right is a button to show or hide the funding program overview, an icon to refresh data, and a three-dot icon that opens a menu with a Print option.
The funding program lifecycle consists of several stages and steps, which are listed along the left.
- Tick marks indicate a completed step, meaning all required fields are filled in or all actions for the stage/step are complete.
- The Edit icon indicates a currently available step.
- The Lock icon indicates a step that cannot be started until one or more previous steps are complete.
A completed funding program is archived at the end of its lifecycle. Archiving a program enables you to pull it out later for reference.
The funding program lifecycle starts at Stage 1: Add Program.
