To see all funding programs in your system, go to the left menu and choose Funding Programs

At the very top of this page (in addition to the Add Program button) are three visuals that provide a sense of overall funding program status.

Picture

  • Approved vs Available: Funds approved and promised after the application and award process, versus total funds available from the funding body
  • Total Applications: Grant applications submitted by recipients, broken down by award phase
  • Spent vs Disbursed: Fund spent by recipients on projects, versus total funds given to recipients

Note: Funds disbursed may be different than funds approved, if funds are released in stages or tranches.

Below the visuals is the list of funding programs in your system. Each is listed with its name and manager, workflow stage, risk level, projects, funds approved and funds spent by recipients, and program start and end dates. Use the handy search bar at the top of the table to locate a specific program.

Note: The Funds Spent value is calculated based on amounts entered in the Delivery Tracking stage.

Clicking any column headers in the Funding Programs summary sorts the table according to that column (and clicking again reverses the order). For example, you can click the Program Risk Level column header to see which programs have the lowest risk.

Icons on the right enable you to filter to show archived funding programs, and switch between tile and list views. Each funding program has a three-dot icon that opens a View option. (You can also view a funding program by simply double-clicking any of its fields in the table.)
