This release's focus was on improving data load times, fixing issues in the Funding Program / Application Portal experiences, and updating the Recipient Organisation registration process.

Funding Programs and Applications

  • Enhance Funding Program > Setup - update permission for existing Members
  • Enhance Funding Program > Funding Agreement - add Print button 
  • Enhance Funding Program > Deliverables > Report - allow Funding Body to create reports for Recipients (includes relevant notifications)
  • Enhance Funding Program > Template Builder - improve contrast on read-only fields for better visibility
  • Enhance Application Portal > Self-registration - add Division/Department option to Organisation details screen
  • Update Funding Program > Organisation / Recipients - update Division/Department display in create and view experiences
  • Update Funding Program > Deliverables > Organisation record - replace navigation and confirmation buttons with a Back button
  • Update Funding Program > Deliverables > Reports - update report field visibility and availability based on button selection
  • Update Funding Program > Deliverables - update stage completion messaging in confirmation
  • Update Funding Program > Deliverables - add Actions column heading to lists
  • Update Funding Program > Deliverables > Report - disable Save button after Recipient updates report
  • Update Funding Program > Review and Approve - update review comments scroll bar allowance

  • Update Grants > Info bar - include Internal Deliveries in Funds Spent calculation
  • Fix Supporting Documents - button availability on selected document
  • Fix Tasks - disbursements identified as "Contract" task type instead of "Funding Program"
