Note: This step is completed by the Program Manager, who determines each applicant’s allocation. Any team members with the Approver role can then approve (or reject) each allocation amount.
Now that you (the Program Manager) have approved or rejected applications, the next stage is to decide how much money each approved applicant will receive.
The Recipient Allocation stage begins with a list of each organisation whose application is approved. The status of Created means the allocation request is ready to be completed.

Creating the Allocation
To begin the allocation process for an applicant, click their Action icon and select Create.

The Allocation window displays two sections: the allocation amount (left) and the approval process (right).
On the left, enter the allocation amount, payment type, and choose the risk rating. For any risk rating other than Low, you’ll also be asked to provide a Risk Mitigation Statement.

On the right, choose an approver from Select Approver list, enter any optional comments (for internal eyes only), and select Request Approval to send a notification to the approver to review the allocation.
If you're not ready to have the allocation reviewed, you can select Save to come back to it later.

💡Tip: If you don't have an approver to review the allocation, you can check Internal approval not required to complete the allocation stage yourself. Only Program Manager's can perform this action.
This changes the allocation status to Pending Approval, and the Amount now displays in the list view. You can keep track of pending approval allocations in the cards above the table.
