SurePact Minor Release (version 8.1.0)

Summary

SurePact updated a few technology packages and versions - new SSL certificates, the .NET package and Angular components by a single version - lending to greater stability of the product. Also released were interaction fixes and interface clean up making the visual and interactive experience of SurePact a lot smoother.
