SurePact Minor Release (version 8.3.0)

Summary

Another fix-oriented release whilst the team works toward the release of a new product. Programs, Application Portal, Grants and Template Builder received the bulk of updates. One new update to share is the "Withdraw Application" feature in Application Portal - Applicants can now remove drafted applications that are no longer relevant.

  • Enhance Application Portal > Applications - Withdraw application function
  • Update Funding Program > Workflow - Remove search component
  • Update Funding Program > Allocation - Allow allocation creator and program manager to send agreements
  • Update Application Portal > Self-registration - Disable reCAPTCHA until password validation passes
  • Update Application Portal > Application (Resubmission) - Close Date Passed confirmation modal
  • Fix Funding Program > Review and Approve - Proxy review incorrect member label post-decision
  • Fix Funding Program > Funding Agreement - Table sort not working as expected
  • Fix Funding Program > Funding Agreement - Submit to Recipient button missing
  • Fix Application Portal > Reporting - Reports can be submitted before the Applicant has been approved

General

  • Enhance Azure Infrastructure optimisation
  • Update Homepage - Remove Notification button and Tasks widget
  • Update Template Builder - Remove API tab in all components
  • Fix Grants/Contracts/Projects - Percentage and Amount fields accept negative values
  • Fix Grants > Summary Page - Closeout workflow stage not reflected in Summary table
  • Fix Grants - Save Grant Details doesn't always move to the next step in Add Grant flow
  • Fix Notifications - Recipient directed to client tenancy from Funding Opportunity notification > Login button
  • Fix Template Builder - Review Criteria menu option label for Archived
  • Fix Template Builder - Review Criteria filter button does not have any options
