SurePact Minor Release (version 8.5.0)

Summary

Minimal release focusing on updates and fixes as SurePact continues to build a new product offering. One new enhancement is the Export capability for the Allocations table in Funding Programs, allowing users to extract and manipulate the date to understand how best to allocate limited funds across many Recipients.

 

Updates & Fixes

Funding Programs and Applications

  • Enhance Funding Programs > Allocations - new Export button to export table view
  • Update Funding Programs > Allocations - retain table sort after modal update
  • Update Funding Programs > Review and Approve - enable Proxy Review criterion comments after decision/before Final Decision
  • Update Funding Programs > Deliverables - enable decimal places for amounts and unlock Disbursement Amount to be more than amount allocated
  • Fix Funding Programs > Deliverables - Remaining Recipient Funds displays excessive decimal places
  • Fix Applications > Reporting - Enable "Delete" option for drafted reports
  • Fix Applications > Reporting - Saving draft reports causes Status label to clear

General

  • Update Grants > Delivery Tracking - Remove required field for Amount in Acquittal report
  • Fix Grants > Summary Page - Actions options displays Application Portal "Withdraw Application"
