SurePact Minor Release (version 8.9.0)

Summary

SurePact's newest feature released this sprint, to support Funding Bodies and their programs, is called External Assessor. This feature expands the Review steps in the Application Round stage to support application Eligibility Checks, Conflict of Interest Reviews, and assigning received submissions to External Assessors. Documentation on the feature elements can be found in our Knowledge Base articles.

A few other small improvements and fixes for Funding Programs and Application Portal further enhance the accuracy of data in SurePact.
