Now it’s time to sit back, relax, and close the grant.   **🙋🏻‍♀️** ***Reminder:** While all team members can view and interact with fields in all steps, the ability to edit fields on each step depends on [user permissions](https://support.surepact.com/member-roles-and-responsibilities?hsLang=en).*   This stage has only two steps: [**Closeout**](https://support.surepact.com/the-grant-lifecycle-stage-4-closeout-1#Closeout) and [**Archive**](https://support.surepact.com/the-grant-lifecycle-stage-4-closeout-1#Archive).   ### Step 1: Closeout The **Closeout** tab presents a summary of all grant details and activity. ![](https://support.surepact.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/surepact.zendesk.comhcarticle_attachments10764018214287-2.png)   At the very bottom of the **Closeout** tab: 1. Fill in the required **Grant Delivery Comments** and **Lesson/s Learned** fields 2. If you want to save your answers but not commit, click **Update Grant Closeout Report** 3. When you’re ready to officially put the grant to bed, click **Commit Grant Closeout Report** ![](https://support.surepact.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/surepact.zendesk.comhcarticle_attachments10764018214927-2.png)     ### Step 2: Archive Once the report is committed, all that’s left to do is archive.
