You can also add projects manually within the portfolio by clicking the **Add** icon, and this will follow the project-from-scratch [project creation workflow](https://support.surepact.com/creating-a-project-1?hsLang=en).  ![](https://support.surepact.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/surepact.zendesk.comhcarticle_attachments8870701735823-2.png)   The first step, **In Delivery Closeout**, is considered as complete only when all portfolio projects are complete (closeout or archived).  ![](https://support.surepact.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/surepact.zendesk.comhcarticle_attachments8870658846735-2.png)   Double-clicking a project opens its [lifecycle page](https://support.surepact.com/the-project-lifecycle-1?hsLang=en), where you can track and update project progress.   To close the portfolio, go to the **In Delivery Closeout** step.
