The Assessment Panel takes the first round, and passes their ratings and comments on to the Program Manager who has final say. Whether after a single review round or multiple rounds, you will receive an answer: **[Approved](https://support.surepact.com/application-approved-or-rejected#approve)** or [**Rejected**](https://support.surepact.com/application-approved-or-rejected#reject).  #### Application Rejection If your application was rejected, you will receive an email stating that a decision has been made, with a SurePact login link.  In your **Applications** list, the current workflow stage is **Application Round Result**.  ![Picture](https://support.surepact.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Jun-30-2025-03-34-05-6303-AM.png?width=688&height=129&name=undefined-Jun-30-2025-03-34-05-6303-AM.png)   Double-click any application field to open the application. In the **Application Round Result** tab of the **Submission** stage, you will see **Status: Rejected**. The current workflow stage is **Agreement**, which will only be populated after the funding body does two things:   - Determines your allocation amount - Sends you the funding agreement ![Picture](https://support.surepact.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Jun-30-2025-03-35-13-6669-AM.png?width=688&height=241&name=undefined-Jun-30-2025-03-35-13-6669-AM.png)   If you go back to the **Submission** stage, in the **Application Round Result** tab you will see **Status: Approved**.
