Application: Approved or Rejected 

After you submit your application, the funding body goes through their process of reviews. The Assessment Panel takes the first round, and passes their ratings and comments on to the Program Manager who has final say. Whether after a single review round or multiple rounds, you will receive an answer: Approved or Rejected

 

Application Rejection 


If your application was rejected, you will receive an email stating that a decision has been made, with a SurePact login link. 

In your Applications list, the current workflow stage is Application Round Result

Double-click any application field to open the application. In the Application Round Result tab of the Submission stage, you will see Status: Rejected. Open the Approval Status List to see details including date, Program Manager, and comments.

Application Approval 


If your application was approved, congratulations! You will receive an email stating the good news, with a SurePact login link.  
 

In your Applications list, the current workflow stage is Allocation Confirmed

Double-click any application field to open the application. The current workflow stage is Agreement, which will only be populated after the funding body does two things:  
  • Determines your allocation amount 
  • Sends you the funding agreement

If you go back to the Submission stage, in the Application Round Result tab you will see Status: Approved. Open the Approval Status List to see details including date, Program Manager, and comments.

After the funding body completes the allocation stage, you’ll receive an email once your allocation is confirmed.

You will receive another email when your funding agreement is ready for your signature. 

 
Your next step will be to view (and hopefully sign) the Agreement.
