The SurePact Homepage is your central hub for managing grants, projects, contracts, and assets. It provides real-time insights, assigned tasks, and critical notifications to help you stay on top of your work. This guide explains how to navigate the interface and use its features effectively.
Understanding the SurePact Homepage
Once logged in, the Homepage provides an overview of key activities and quick access to essential features.
Key Sections of the Homepage
βοΈ Portfolios, Projects, Grants & Assets Widgets β Quick access to records assigned to you.
βοΈ Tasks Widget β Displays outstanding approvals and required actions.
βοΈ Recent Activity Widget β Shows the latest record updates.
βοΈ Recent Documents Widget β Provides quick access to uploaded files.
βοΈ Data Visualisations β Interactive graphs showing key metrics.

Navigating the Left-Hand Menu
The left-hand menu allows you to move between different SurePact modules:
π Homepage β Your SurePact dashboard.
π Portfolios β Group related projects and grants.
ποΈ Projects β Manage active projects and contracts.
π Funding Opportunities β Track available grant applications (Only visible for applicable users).
π° Grants β Monitor awarded grants.
π Assets β Manage asset records.
π Analytics β Generate reports and view insights.
π Documents β Access shared files and templates.
βοΈ Administration β Manage users and settings (Admins only).
π‘ Tip: If you are a Grantmaker, you will also see a Funding Programs option. If you are not an Admin, the Administration section will not be visible.
Managing Tasks & Notifications
Tasks Widget β
- Displays assigned tasks and approvals that require action.
- Click on a task to view details and complete the required steps.
- Tasks are assigned by the Record Manager, and reminders are sent via email and Homepage notifications.
Notifications Bell π
- Shows real-time updates on approvals, assignments, and record changes.
- Clicking a notification logs that you have viewed it for governance tracking.
- You can click Mark All as Read, but itβs best to review them first!
Accessing Your Profile & Settings
Your profile menu, located in the top-right corner, allows you to:
π€ View & Edit Your Profile β Update personal details such as your name, department, and role.
π Set Up Delegations β Assign another user to manage your tasks while you're away.
πͺ Log Out β Securely sign out of SurePact.
